Good afternoon everyone!

We've just got back from the model portfolio shoot with beautiful Lisa. :-) Today, I've been given a role of Liz's assistant, but I'd prefer to call myself a 'creative director'. :-DD Anyway, I had to pick up a camera and do something. :-)So here are a few behind-the-scene photographs to give you a better insight into our work. :-)

As you can see there's stuff everywhere. :-) We always attract quite a bit of attention and get a few curious looks, when we are walking with loads of bags, suitcases and camera equipment around quiet local spots. :-)

Our First Publication

We were chuffed recently when Mandy from Daisy Mae Designs said she would be using our pictures alongside an article she would be writing for Vintage Life magazine. Having our work published is a big opportunity for Karienne and myself as we are a new business and we are always looking for ways to reach a bigger audience to showcase our work, and get our name 'out their' within the photography market. So, thank you so much Mandy for choosing us, we feel privileged and proud to be a part of your special achievement and recognition and we look forward to the next articles featuring your gorgeous handmade collection.

Seeing The Light

Just a quick blog entry. Felt inspired and motivated today when I looked outside, it must be the sun and blue sky....finally, although I would love a little more snow :) I am one of those people who finds it romantic and beautiful. Nothing better than a roaring fire after making snowmen with the kids, hot chocolate for them, a small red wine for me :)

We haven't been posting much lately... new wedding season is about to start and we have literally had no time to stop. :)

Just thought I'd post a short blog today about a new technique that we've recently found and I thought I give it a go today. I went outside to photograph The Keele Hall and I have to tell you - it is freezing out there! :) 

Anyway, hope you like the images and let us know if there are any mad people out there who would like their wedding venue photographed in this style for their album. :)

Welcome to our new blog!
We are Karienne & Elizabeth, a team of two wedding and portrait photographers based in Staffordshire, UK. We've decided to add yet another task to our already mammoth to-do list :) and start a blog to bring you guys more information about who we are and what we do. Our intention is to keep regularly posting our latest shoots including backstage shots and stories to give you an insight into our hectic but ever so exciting lives. :P We are both OCD crazed people who absolutely love and adore what we do, so we give 200% in every job we take on... so let's see how the blogging goes. :D Hope you will enjoy it! :)
